My love for healthy lifestyle and fitness started at a young age. This passion for fitness was more encouraged when I started participating in competitive sport (Soccer). Soccer have been part of life growing up and was fortunate to played at NCAA level. Now, I want to turn my passion for fitness into something more than just working on myself. I want to help and guide people who want a healthy and balance lifestyle achieve it. 

I’ve come to realize that everybody is unique, each with their own goals and lifestyle. My goal is to work with you to construct a plan and schedule according to your fitness experience, needs, and lifestyle that will have you seeing results in no time.


I was certified in Personal training through the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM)
